I had a root canal done by Dr Silverman. You know all those terrible stories you hear about getting a root canal? Not true! At least not at this facility. I had absolutely no pain during the procedure. The doctor and assistant were the nicest, kindest, most accommodating, thoughtful, reassuring, compassionate people you would ever hope to have working on you. I was in and out in 90 minutes and the entire staff was so pleasant. HIGHLY recommend!

Unbelievable experience. I don’t think you’re supposed to really like visiting an endodontist, however, Dr. Silberman was so professional , friendly and engaging I actually left my root canal procedure wishing I needed another root canal. I know, sounds crazy, but he and his staff are that good. I recommend Dr. Silberman!

The Rancho Endodontics are my heroes! I have had two root canals performed in this practice. Dr. Adrian Silberman is my endodontic hero! I had a very challenging issue with my number 30 molar. The tooth's condition could have resulted in the loss of the tooth! I was referred to Dr. Silberman to perform a root canal...the prognosis was 40 percent possible success! Dr. Silberman saved my tooth! Additionally, Dr. Mirta Roe is another endodontic hero in the practices! She performed my first root canal in 2022 at the practices, and it was a very positive and uneventful experience! The Rancho Endodontics practice has dental professionals who are highly skilled, knowledgeable, clinically experienced, and compassionate practitioners who are focused on the best possible outcomes for their patients.

Rancho Endodontics is the best of the best. They are very skilled, professional, organized, clean, caring and excellent at explaining your dental issue(s). I needed to have a root canal removed and scraped underneath since there had been symptoms of bacteria trapped under it. I was not looking forward to the procedure at all as I've had many root canals done years ago that were very very very painful for days! Yet to my surprise, I experienced no pain at all! I literally just felt a little stiff in that area for the following 4 days. I had my Ibuprofen ready and did not need to use it at all. I still can't believe how painless it was and am very very thankful!

I have seen Dr. Silberman twice now for a root canal. He is very patient friendly, and guides the you through the entire process. Dr. Silberman and his staff are all very experienced professionals. I highly recommend him. On both occasions I had little to no pain after the anesthesia wore off. This is a testament to his amazing skills.
