Katherine Thomas (Reinig maiden name) I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rancho Endodontics and Dr. Adrian Silberman. I was absolutely terrified going into my root canal due to medical PTSD from past medical trauma, and this office treated me with more kindness, patience, and compassion than I could have hoped for. Leah at the front desk was incredible. She talked me through my anxiety from the moment I walked in. She was funny, enthusiastic, patient, caring, and just genuinely amazing. Honestly, all of the women at the front office were wonderful and welcoming, which immediately helped put me more at ease. Christine A., the dental assistant, was also so incredibly sweet. She took time to talk with me beforehand and help calm my nerves. Her kindness truly made a difference. Dr. Silberman was exceptional. He was welcoming, caring, and truly wanted me to feel calm and comfortable. My comfort clearly mattered to him, and it showed in everything he did. He has an amazing bedside manner and is genuinely such a kind-hearted doctor. Before starting, he made absolutely sure my pain level was at zero. He was patient, gentle, and explained every step along the way. The office really goes above and beyond for patient comfort. They had a TV overhead to watch during the procedure, offered headphones, gave me a stress ball, and constantly checked on me throughout the appointment. Dr. Silberman sits down with you and gives you his full attention, which meant so much to me. I can honestly say they were right when they said the root canal would be a breeze. I felt no pain whatsoever. I’m home now, slowly “defrosting” as the numbness wears off lol, and doing great. I honestly wish I could see Dr. Silberman for all of my dental care. Thank you to the entire office for your kindness, understanding, patience, and compassion. You made an experience I was deeply afraid of feel safe and manageable, and I will never forget that.

I’ve had 2 root canals done by Dr. Silberman and they were both great. I felt absolutely nothing through the entire procedure. They have tvs on the ceilings and you can wear headphones during the entire thing. The office is super clean and very nice and welcoming. Dr. Silberman made sure I was very numb before proceeding with any of the root canal. He even talked through the entire process before starting so I knew what the plan was. Very educational and cool to see. See him for all your root canal needs 🦷

This was my first time at this facility and it was an amazing experience! I had a root canal done with Dr. Roe. Her assistant and her made sure I was pain free and comfortable the entire time. I also enjoyed chatting with the staff and felt very taken care of!

Updated! The office reached out the next day to offer apologies and to speak to the Dr. Silverman and possibly accommodate me with the appointment but I got already procedure done at another practice and politely declined the offer. I’m glad the office reacted and reached out. Thank you! Hope next time you could offer stand by “waiting list” for patients with emergency (pain). It was not the first time I was referred to this place. My first experience was great. This time it was very disappointing. If you’re in severe pain and need to see a specialist quickly, this office may not be the right place to call. They didn’t seem to care about my pain level or urgency and simply told me to wait nearly two weeks. Leah showed no interest in helping me secure an earlier appointment, even after I explained that I had a referral and had been in pain for five days while taking pain medications. Likely, another specialist offered to see me the next morning.

Dr. Silberman performed a root canal on my tooth yesterday. I went in with some anxiety about the procedure, but was quickly reassured by Dr. Silberman and his assistant Alicia. The procedure went well and I was treated with understanding and kindness. Dr. Silberman explained everything in detail and answered all my questions with clarity and concern. Let me start by saying im one of those people that gets anxiety big time with dental work. So much so i read every review just to get a feel for the place. Perfect rating did make me wonder if the reviews were real...well they couldnt be more real. I read so much about how everyone loved Jenra..I was blessed to have had her working with me and let me tell you she is every bit as awesome if not more than i read and hoped for. I was also blessed and had the pleasure of being worked on by Dr Roe. I couldnt be happier with her and her wonderful care. She is just amazing. From how awesone Leah is to Jenra and Dr Roe being so wonderful i had forgot it was my first time there, they treated me like a life long customer and friend.

This is an AMAZING place. The staff is outstanding. The ease at which they put you is amazing. The procedure was practically enjoyable. I would have a root canal with this doctor and his staff over a regular filling any day. So professional, compassionate, and explained everything. Dr Roe saw me for tooth pain today. Her explanations of what she saw were easy to understand. She offered 3 options that other people in the same situation have gone with, giving pros and cons, without steering a decision. I chose to go with the root canal. The root canal was comfortable and now that the anesthesia is worn off I'm not having any discomfort. I'm taking her recommended 3 OTC Ibuprophin 3x per day. Staff was friendly, office was nice and parking was close and plentiful

Rancho Endodontics is wonderful, They’re cutting edge in every aspect. I had a very difficult tooth , that needed a root canal, they alone are the reason they restored this tooth which many would have said needs pulling . This tooth was a support to a bridge that i have . They saved the tooth , and saved me a lot of money . Dr. Roe is a fabulous dentist that loves her job and is down to earth making the experience great. Her assistant Jenra is just as kind , as is everyone who works for Rancho Endodontics ….
