Honestly can’t say in words how great this place is! Whether you’re in pain or preventing, these ladies are amazing! Dr Roe and Assistant Jenra are soo sweet and accommodating! And have wonderful senses of humor! They were patient and caring. Definitely went above and beyond! I sincerely appreciate you ladies!

My husband was in excruciating pain since yesterday, could not sleep, and needed a root canal. I called this morning and spoke with Leah, who was able to squish us into the schedule. Not only was she super friendly the entire time, keeping me updated in the waiting room, she made the whole experience beyond great. After my husband came out, he had nothing but raving reviews for the kind Dentist who made sure to tell him what she was doing, made sure he was completely numb, and made sure his infection was GONE. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, the office is clean and beautiful. It's a cozy office, I HIGHLY recommend coming here! If they were general dentistry, there would be absolutely no doubt we would be back for everything, that's how amazing this place is. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH FOR SAVING A SLEEPY WIFE AND A PAINFUL HUSBAND!

I had a root canal done back in October 2023 and the entire experience has been great! Dr. Roe did a phenomenal and painless job, and I can’t recommend this office enough. I had to go back today due to a mishap on my end and Leah was able to get me in immediately! The entire staff is so welcoming and easy to work with. The best!

I was referred here by my dentist for tooth pain that hasn’t gone away. I made an appointment on 1/4 for Monday 1/15. It worked out well because my husband was off work for the holiday and I work in the Peds ED, so finding time off isn’t easy for me and I have an infant at home. When I showed up, they told me apparently I had canceled my appointment. I looked at the front desk all strange. If I had canceled the appointment, why would I have showed up? The front desk told me a man had called to cancel the appointment and they “remembered the call.” No man canceled the appointment. My husband doesn’t even have their phone number. Clearly, they got this messed up. Not sure how you cancel the wrong patient appointment, but I never canceled. So bizarre and frustrating. They told me someone else was scheduled right now and they will try to fit me in and had me fill out paperwork. I waited for over half an hour to see if they could fit me in for at least my consult. They weren’t. Then they said they could fit me in tomorrow morning. My husband is back at work. The reason today worked out was because my husband was off and I didn’t have to call my nanny in. They wasted an hour of my time and apologized for the inconvenience. My time off isn’t easy for me to coordinate, with my 8 month old son, working husband, or my ED job. I’m very frustrated. I feel bad for whoever was actually calling to cancel because they will probably get a “no show” fee when they thought they canceled! From 1 to 4 star. UPDATE: The owner called me from his cell phone within an hour, Dr. Silberman, and he spoke to me in a very polite manner and offered to see me during his lunchtime to remedy this. He also offered that if I needed treatment he would do it free due to the inconvenience. He stated he does not run a practice this way and wanted to help me get my tooth taken care of make sure things were all good.I saw them for an appointment later and their entire staff was very kind and apologized again for the inconvenience. They even called me after my appointment to see how things went. If I didn’t have the bizarre circumstance happen, they would have been a 5 star review to begin with. Dr. Silberman was very genuine and had good bedside manner and I appreciate that. They also told me that going forward in order to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else, they will take down the name of the person canceling if it is someone else than the person who made the appointment and I appreciate them trying to make a change. In the end, I would recommend them.

I had a root canal done by Dr. Silberman December 2023. He was ABSOLUTELY the BEST! I suffer from high anxiety and I couldn't have done it without his skill and patience! His skill and patience was impeccable! Such a kind and reassuring dentist! His assistant Jenna was terrific and his whole staff outstanding! I saw my regular dentist on Saturday. They were kind enough to make an emergency appointment. They gave me an antibiotic and referral to Rancho Endodontics. After waiting all weekend in agony and watching the problem worsen to the point where my face is swollen, Rancho Endodontics refused to see me, or even to make an appointment. The cold, heartless woman on the phone told me to "ride it out" or go to the hospital. Then she ordered me to stop crying. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Dr. Roe and Jenra were an amazing team! I had a "hot tooth" and had to come back a second time because I would not get numb. Dr. Roe knew what to do for prep and the second appointment was a success. I was very anxious because of how stubborn the tooth was, but the their knowledge and patience put me at ease. The actual root canal was much easier than I expected. Thank you!

Highly recommend! Doctor Silberman and assistant Trisia were VERY patient and kind! Made me feel important. I have LOTS of anxiety when going to dentist but after the experience thy gave me, i definitely feel a bit more comfortable going anytime I need work done to my teeth! What an amazing experience! I went in nervous, anxious and couldn’t wait to be done. Within five minutes, Dr. Silberman, Trisia and other assistant had me calm, relaxed and talking about each other’s families. Dr. Silberman informed me of how the root canal was going to go, offered me a TV show of my choice and off we went. During the procedure he kept me updated on what stages we were at, as well as making sure I was comfortable and feeling no pain. Before I knew it, it was over and I felt like we were family. Nobody likes a root canal but if I ever need one again, I want Dr. Silberman and staff to perform it. God bless them all for there amazing work and care they provided me. Sincerely Brian B
