I'm 51 and It was the first time I've needed a root canal and I was terrified! I can say with complete honesty it was the best experience I've ever had at the dentist. No exaggeration. Dr. Roe and her staff are incredible. Dr. Roe has such a great bed side manner. She gave me all my options. No rush, no pressure. Made me comfortable and communicated every step of the way. They put on one of my favorite shows, then they put a pair of head phones on me. I turned the volume up full blast and tuned out the whole procedure. I literately felt nothing the entire time and I felt like I was someplace else threw the whole procedure. Anywhere but getting a root canal done lol. The whole time they made sure I was doing good and I was comfortable. I watched one show and before I knew it the root canal was done and they even gave me a permanent filling so I wouldn't need to go back to my dentist. I will never go anywhere else. The only bad thing about having this root canal was the fear and anxiety I had built up in my head about having a root canal. Have no fear with Rancho Endodontics!

I was referred to Dr. Silberman for a root canal and resorption repair for my FRONT tooth. This has been the best dental experience I’ve ever had starting with the staff, all the way down to the procedure itself. Dr Silberman was compassionate, thorough and took time through the entire procedure to explain the process and what was happening at the time. This was my first root canal and if I need another one, I will definitely come come back to Rancho Endodontics. . My family has long curved roots and 2 of My Sisters have been treated here! Simply the best! After dealing with a dental office who tried to sell me everything and the kitchen sink, Dr. Silberman sat down and clearly explained to me everything I needed, which was not what the other dental office was trying to sell. In fact, instead of automatically doing a root canal on a problem tooth, he recommended another local super star dentist to help with the process. Once that Dr. completed his role, Dr. Silberman stepped in and completed a very complex root canal without any discomfort or pain, saving the tooth that most dentists would have just pulled. This Dr. goes the extra mile for his patients, and while I would prefer to never have to see him again, I know if I have to have another procedure, the only Dr. I would trust is Dr. Silberman!

This sounds like a punch line but I'm about as happy as an 8 am Monday morning root canal! Seriously, Dr. Silberman not only went way out of his way to make sure my problematic root canal was done right and he made sure i was traeated fairly regarding the costs. I highly reccomend this excelent and honest practice.

I got a root canal done with Dr. Silberman, and his assistant Trisia. Both went above and beyond customer service as I felt that they genuinely cared. Dr. Silverman kept reassuring me with positive words throughout the procedure that put me at ease. Although my procedure was complicated, I got by with minimal pain. I definitely recommend Rancho endodontics to anyone that searching for an endodontist and more!!

Dr. Silberman is by far the best dentist I have ever seen. I had a root canal procedure with him and I did not hate it. I hate dentists normally but he was fantastic! Very funny and easy going but was very professional at the same time. In the past, I have had two root canals to where I felt a lot of pain and the dentists were no where close to the skill levels of Dr. Silberman. His assistant is amazing as well, Jenra is very funny and genuinely cares! If you hate dentists like me I highly recommend coming here and to see Dr. Silberman. You will not regret it!
