I am extremely satisfied with the outstanding service that I received from this office from Debbie & ladies at the front office, the staff was friendly, Christina and Dr. Petersen were the best. Dr. Petersen was just a life pain saver for me. He was so kind and very knowledgeable. Christina was a jewel to. She was very thorough and made you feel comfortable during a very painful time. I am very, very glad that my dentist, Dr. Delia Tuttle referred me to your office. I highly recommend this office for anyone in need of great Endodontists. You really show compassion for your patients. I definitely will come back anytime I need the service that you provide, no questions asked. Thank you and may you always be stellar in all that you do. First class service all the way. Felt welcome and comfortable. Front desk, doctor and assistant were extremely pleasant and accommodating. Didn’t rush through my questions or evaluation. I did not end up needing immediate treatment however will definitely be back with any further pain or treatment requirements.

I saw Dr. Patterson for a root canal today and I must say I was very, very nervous initially due to my experience with a failed root canal attempt with another dentist at another location a couple weeks earlier. However, after speaking with Dr. Patterson, I elected to move forward with the root canal. He explained everything and allowed me the opportunity to process the information given and to decide on my options. Dr. Patterson and his assistant, Christine were both very nice and professional. Christine had such a calm and caring demeanor. Christine put on the classical music I chose to listen to for my ear piece and the rest is history. No pain and it was over in less than 30 minutes. I literally fell asleep during the entire procedure and was not under general anesthesia. If you have a fear of dentist and not a fan of root canals, you must see Dr. Patterson and the dental staff at Rancho Endodontics. They honestly know what they are doing. Dr. Patterson is the guy. Awesome experience!!!
