Dr. Pettersen and his assistant were amazing! I was in terrible pain and in need of a root canal. They were so understanding, friendly and made me feel comfortable in every way before starting the procedure. They gave me water, allowed me time to contact my husband and gave me headphones to watch TV on the ceiling while he worked on me. He saw that I was having a difficult time swallowing due to post nasal drip and removed the device that keeps your mouth open, making it much more comfortable for me. Dr. Pettersen is an expert in his field, saving the crown that was already on my tooth and it was done in no time!! Thank you for relieving my pain and doing such a great job!

I was extremely nervous, admittedly the worse patient. Both of them explained what was happening at each step along the way, put me at ease with their friendliness, competence, patience and professionalism. I hope I never need another root canal, but if I do, I am going back to Dr. Roe.

Very professional from check-in desk, X-rays, dental assistant and the dentist. Warm blanket, tv overhead, headset...all comforting and with the tv/headset, you could take your mind off what the dentist was doing....I liked that distraction. Overall painless and very professional.

Prior to my appointment I looked up Rancho Endodontics and found unusually high ratings on Yelp, Google and Healthgrades. I can understand why as my experience was no different, five stars all around. Lea was very helpful setting up the appointment. Dr. Roe and Christine are a great team performing the work. Dr. Roe explained in detail what was going on with the tooth and the options. During the procedure they both made sure I was comfortable and that I knew what was taking place. One other thing is that everyone I had contact with introduced themselves, treated you as a guest and took time to talk to you. Something you don't experience in medical offices very often. They do treat you like family. I will not hesitate to go back if needed.
