I was extremely nervous, admittedly the worse patient. Both of them explained what was happening at each step along the way, put me at ease with their friendliness, competence, patience and professionalism. I hope I never need another root canal, but if I do, I am going back to Dr. Roe.

Very professional from check-in desk, X-rays, dental assistant and the dentist. Warm blanket, tv overhead, headset...all comforting and with the tv/headset, you could take your mind off what the dentist was doing....I liked that distraction. Overall painless and very professional.

Prior to my appointment I looked up Rancho Endodontics and found unusually high ratings on Yelp, Google and Healthgrades. I can understand why as my experience was no different, five stars all around. Lea was very helpful setting up the appointment. Dr. Roe and Christine are a great team performing the work. Dr. Roe explained in detail what was going on with the tooth and the options. During the procedure they both made sure I was comfortable and that I knew what was taking place. One other thing is that everyone I had contact with introduced themselves, treated you as a guest and took time to talk to you. Something you don't experience in medical offices very often. They do treat you like family. I will not hesitate to go back if needed.

All of my questions were answered specifically and never rushed by Dr and staff, both on the phone & in person. No work was started until they were certain I understood what was going to happen and was put at ease. Strange to say a root canal is enjoyable, but being in such confident, professional hands, I will never be under stress if I have to do a root canal again. Highly recommend to anyone.

I was a much better e experience than I can possibly imagine. I hope I don’t have another root canal but if I do I’m not worried about getting the procedure seemed better than getting a cavity filled.
