I saw Dr. Patterson for a root canal today and I must say I was very, very nervous initially due to my experience with a failed root canal attempt with another dentist at another location a couple weeks earlier. However, after speaking with Dr. Patterson, I elected to move forward with the root canal. He explained everything and allowed me the opportunity to process the information given and to decide on my options. Dr. Patterson and his assistant, Christine were both very nice and professional. Christine had such a calm and caring demeanor. Christine put on the classical music I chose to listen to for my ear piece and the rest is history. No pain and it was over in less than 30 minutes. I literally fell asleep during the entire procedure and was not under general anesthesia. If you have a fear of dentist and not a fan of root canals, you must see Dr. Patterson and the dental staff at Rancho Endodontics. They honestly know what they are doing. Dr. Patterson is the guy. Awesome experience!!!

Everyone in the office was friendly and patient. Dr. Silberman was awesome. He went over the process in great detail, along with providing x-rays for visuals. Throughout the procedure he explained what he was doing. He and his assistant were very patient and gentle. They allowed me to watch TV with headphones while doing the root canal. It was a good experience and I had limited pain afterwards.

I had an amazing experience at Rancho Endodontics. From the moment you walk into their gorgeous office suite, you are welcomed by a spectacular staff and an inviting treatment experience! Debra, Christine, Michelle and Heather are so professional. It is clear they care about taking care of their patients. Their dental operatories are state-of-the-art and Dr. Pettersen's chair side manner put me at ease immediately. He explained the procedure thoroughly and he did what he said he would do. The next thing I knew I was done. He was exceptionally professional, kind and caring. You cannot go wrong with Dr. Silberman, Dr. Pettersen and Dr. Roe. A big shout out to the entire team at Rancho Endodontics. I'll never go anywhere else for treatment!

It is clear they care about taking care of their patients. Dr. Pettersen’s chair side manner put me at ease immediately. He explained the procedure thoroughly and he did what he said he would do. Next thing I knew, I was done. He was exceptionally professional. A big shout out to the entire team at Rancho Endodontics. I’ll never go anywhere else for treatment!

I loved going to Rancho Endodontics. I was nervous at first, as I am a coward when it comes to dental procedures, but I found out that they cater to cowards. The procedure was smooth and they even let me go to the bathroom in the middle of the procedure. I have never been to an office where they let you escape to the bathroom for prayers and business. It's a fabulous location and I will return in the future if I have a necessity.

From setting the appointment to researching my insurance converge to the procedure itself everything was flawless. Dr. Roe is very attentive, patient and has a great "bedside manner". The procedure didn't hurt a bit (well almost........................)

I was referred to Rancho Endodontics for a root canal and my appointment was this morning. I’ve had a few in the past and they weren’t pleasant. My experience atRancho Endodontics was awesome. Believe me, I’m not fond of dentists but they were very friendly and the procedure went really smoothly. Dr Petterson was very good. He explained everything including the cost. I was really impressed and when I need another procedure like this done, I will be back! They really do cater to dental cowards like me!

They were friendly from start to finish. Dr. Pettersen looked at X-rays and tested the area to ensure the rot canal was necesary. He explained what was going on with the tooth and immediatley started the root canal process. This was my second root canal done by him and I would recommend him to anyone in need if this procedure. The procedure was completed in a little over an hour.
