The customer service I received from Leah was amazing. Being in customer service for many years I can be a little more critical because now a days it is hard to find someone who answers the phone with a smile and does not sound like your bothering them. Leah was friendly and knowledgeable in answering all my questions, over the phone and in person. But it does not stop there, Dr. Roe and her assistant Christine were also amazing. They explained everthing step by step which made me feel comfortable and at ease through the whole procedure. I highly recommend Rancho Endodontist.

I am a very satisfied patient. The dentist and staff are all friendly, compassionate, and honest. I had all the information I needed to make my own decision regarding treatment. Very thankful for Rancho Endodontics!!! I recently had a crown put in and was still experiencing a lot of pain. My dentist wrote me a referral to another office, but after reading reviews, I knew I had to come to Rancho! I am so thankful I went with my gut! I called into the office and spoke with Debra. She was able to book me in for an appointment on the same day! After x-rays and testing it unfortunately confirmed I needed a root canal. I was in shock but fortunately I was in good hands with Penny & Dr. Pettersen. I suffer from anxiety and they were incredibly kind and patience with throughout the entire process. Dr. Pettersen explained each step as he was performing the root canal and it put me at ease! If I ever need another root canal I will gladly come back! Thank you so much Rancho Endodontics!

If you have to get a root canal, this is the place to go. They make you as comfortable as possible. They have a tv with headphones and a blanket if needed. Dr. Peterson was very gentle and they asked me throughout the whole procedure if I was ok. The following day, they called me to check on me. Amazing!

Doctor Roe was very compassionate, polite and understanding. Her assistant was also compassionate and helped eased my anxiety by talking to me through it and placing her hand on my chest which helped tremendously.

It's very rare that I am motivated to do reviews for businesses when they do good. I always think that if you are following the standard then you don't need reviews about how good you are. But these guys were so friendly and curteous that I had to do it!!! I have had good service from many establishments, but from one where I have to get my teeth fixed is a new one. They listened to all my needs and concerns and thoroughly explained what needed to be done. It's so rare for me to be in an establishment where there is genuine curteousy and friendliness that I just couldn't help myself.

I was literally TERRIFIED of having my first root canal. I had no idea what to expect and had only heard horror stories. Dr. Silberman and his team were AMAZING! I felt totally calm the entire time as he walked me through the process. And most importantly, I felt absolutely NO PAIN! Getting a root canal at Rancho Endodontics was a more pleasant experience than getting my normal cleaning. Seriously. I highly recommend them!
