I was terrified I had never had a root canal before and being pregnant I was even more scared but Dr. Pettersen and Michelle did such an amazing job! I had no pain whatsoever was in and out within 1 hour for X-ray consult and root canal!! They did such a great job I didn’t even need to take any meds after the procedure and feel great! They were so personable and caring made sure I was comfortable every step of the way! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs any procedure done! Hopefully I won’t need anymore but if I do I know where I’m going !! Thank you so much to the entire Rancho staff you guys were a perfect 10!

For a place where you may need to have procedures that are more than the regular dentist appointment, you can feel nervous and stressed, but from the feel in the office to EACH person, all that is set at ease. I felt welcomed and like they KNEW me. Everyone was very considerate and understanding. THANK YOU!

I was told I needed a root canal by another endodontist and that I had a huge cavity under my filling in the same molar. I did not like the demeanor of this person so I made an appt. for a 2nd opinion at Rancho/Dr. Siberman. I was immediately impressed by the office environment and professionalism. Dr. Silberman assessed my situation and although the molar was broken on the side the tooth (which had no pain, hot/cold sensitivity) there was no decay/infection present; he recommended a root canal but it was not imperative at this time. I decided to forego the procedure for now as I had no issues to content with and the wait would help my budget. He said if the situation changes and I need the procedure just to call and they would immediately assist me. I appreciated the honesty, candidness, and care offered to me. I intent to move forward when the time arrives but I was not coerced into something I did not truly need at this juncture. Oh, the price from Rancho was 1/3 less than the first opinion I almost bought into. I highly recommend this facility = top of the shelf people and treatment.

Highly recommend this dentist. Dr. Petterson took great care of me as did all of the staff. Very personable, very professional, and very compassionate for their patients. This was one of my best dental experiences ever and I would come back any time as I would encourage anyone I know who needs dental work to come to this location. I cannot speak enough praise as to the quality of the procedural work they just performed on me. Thank you Dr. Petterson for taking great care of me.

AMAZING PEOPLE! GREAT CREW! SUPER FRIENDLY AND CARING! HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR HONESTY, INTEGRITY, AND HIGH QUALITY OF WORK. I had a root canal job and I was one of a kind because my mouth couldn’t get fully numbed even though they tried with different techniques but they had my come back after a week to give it another shot and what was amazing is that they thought about me and were ready to try a totally different method which finally worked with me, thanks to Dr. Pettersen!!! The root canal treatment went really well, no pain during process. Dr. Roe worked so hard on saving my crown so I don’t have to pay for a new one and she made me feel at ease. She also took the time to answer my questions on the phone the next day. I can’t thank you enough and I really appreciate you all. Reham H

I am was very impressed with this Dentistry/Endodonics Office and the skills of Dr Pettersen. He is one of those Doctors that enjoys his work and it shows! Staff was great and without exaggeration the most organized and technically up-to-date facility I have ever seen. I am from Orange County (Newport Beach) and am not used to such a patient oriented operation. They took their time with me and it was unlike the burnt out practices that I have experienced in the past. Highly recommended, Best Endodonics Murrieta/ California😀
