I know most people dread the dentist and especially root canals. Dr. Pettersen was very caring and thoroughly explained the procedure. Other than a couple of pin pricks during the numbing process, the root canal was completely pain free. I was amazed.

I Highly recommend this place, Dr. Silberman, and his assistant Trista provided excellent service in a beautiful, comforting environment. All of the staff are very friendly and they even have a TV for you to watch and a headset to listen to while they preform the work.

Dr. Roe was very patient with me and explained everything she needed to do regarding my root canal. She has small gentle hands and is so caring. Her assistant, Trisia, was there to help with the procedure and was awesome at keeping me calm. If I ever need another root canal, I wouldn't hesitate to give the office a call. Thanks Dr. Roe!

The customer service I received from Leah was amazing. Being in customer service for many years I can be a little more critical because now a days it is hard to find someone who answers the phone with a smile and does not sound like your bothering them. Leah was friendly and knowledgeable in answering all my questions, over the phone and in person. But it does not stop there, Dr. Roe and her assistant Christine were also amazing. They explained everthing step by step which made me feel comfortable and at ease through the whole procedure. I highly recommend Rancho Endodontist.

Very thankful for Rancho Endodontics!!! I recently had a crown put in and was still experiencing a lot of pain. My dentist wrote me a referral to another office, but after reading reviews, I knew I had to come to Rancho! I am so thankful I went with my gut! I called into the office and spoke with Debra. She was able to book me in for an appointment on the same day! After x-rays and testing it unfortunately confirmed I needed a root canal. I was in shock but fortunately I was in good hands with Penny & Dr. Pettersen. I suffer from anxiety and they were incredibly kind and patience with throughout the entire process. Dr. Pettersen explained each step as he was performing the root canal and it put me at ease! If I ever need another root canal I will gladly come back! Thank you so much Rancho Endodontics!
