I HATE going to ANY dentist, but Dr. Pettersen and his staff set my mind at ease from the moment we met. They are the most professional, respectful, and kind dental professionals that I have EVER met. I 1000% recommend Rancho Endodontics to anyone who needs this kind of dental health care service.

Dental work is never pleasant or can be referred to as fantastic. From appointment to reception/check in to procedure, everything was handled with care. Dr. Roe and her tech assistant did a fantastic job. If you need dental work beyond what your GP dentist can do this is the place to go. They are professional, highly capable and patient focused. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Although a long procedure, Dr. Roe and the assisting tech explained every step they were taking. Pain management was superb throughout. Post-procedure pain control easily handled easily with Motrin.

I have only had one other root canal done in my lifetime at another office. The experience was so uncomfortable and painful. Dr Peterson’s team is definitely friendly and helpful. They all make you feel like you’re in good hands. I have never had such a painless and pleasant dental visit anywhere else, it’s a shame he only does endodontics lol but if I ever have any other needed treatment I will definitely go back to this office.

Everyone was superb in both their professionalism and care! All were very kind and constantly asking me if everything was okay (when in the chair) and are you okay, etc. Treated me like a king! It was definitely worth paying out of pocket to come here and get the BEST treatment possible, both from the doctor and from the entire staff!

Dr. Silberman was friendly, empathetic, and skilled. He took the time to review my medical conditions and to ask questions that allowed him to become acquainted with me as an individual. His approach put me totally at ease. He customized the conditions to my preferences and performed the procedure efficiently, painlessly, and proficiently. Because of this outstanding experience, I have already been recommending him to all of my friends.

SIMPLY THE BEST! I was in incredible pain and they saw me right away- going above and beyond to address my needs immediately. They are kind and compassionate, it's clear their hearts are in their work! Dr. Petterson has the best bedside manner. He really made me feel safe and taken care of. He is so genuine and is there to make you feel better. His whole staff looked after me while I was in their care, making sure I was comfortable and without pain. I couldn't have expected the care I received. There are few people in the medical and dental industry who are this caring and passionate about their work! They are fast, professional, and thorough. I felt so taken care of. Don't shop around- they are the best!

I scheduled an appointment with Rancho Endo when I was in a lot of pain. The ladies moved patients around to accommodate me and I am so grateful for that. Dr. Silberman and staff were wonderful and my procedure went very smoothly. I will recommend this office and Dr. Silberman to anyone seeking a tooth repair or dental procedure. They truly were wonderful.

I have had a couple of root canals in the past. They are not the greatest experience. I ended up needing another one. My periodontist referred me to Rancho Endodontics. I was given an appointment the very next afternoon. My root canal was performed by Dr. Roe, and I am beyond impressed! The professionalism of Dr. Roe and staff was remarkable. Dr. Roe talked me through every option available to save my tooth. I have never had an endodontist explain to me exactly what the game plan was for my root canals. She was gentle, efficient, and knowledgeable. I know I will need another root canal in the near future. I am extremely confident to return to Rancho Endodontics.
