I am very impressed by the cleanliness of the office. The staff were wonderfully courteous, professional and nice. The Doctor doing my procedure was very thorough in explaining what he was going to do, and after he was finished he explained what he did by showing me a picture of my tooth and drawing red lines around the areas he worked on. He answered all my questions. The following day I was surprised when I got a follow up phone call to see how I was feeling and if I had any more questions or concerns.

My experience here was out of this world! I went to work today, after having a root canal yesterday & bragged to everybody that they would never believe that I had a root canal yesterday after work. I didn't even have to call in sick, they were shocked. I was referred to Dr. Silberman by a friend of mine, who told me she would never have anyone else work on her teeth but him, and I completely see why. I was deathly afraid to have a root canal & the Dr. and his Assistant kept telling me I was doing such a great job- unfortunately I couldn't talk because my mouth was wide open; but I kept wanting to say "You guys are doing such a great job"! My most feared procedure is now peacefully behind me- Thank You Rancho Endodontics for being so wonderful to me!!!

I have had a few root canals done before but I have never had a better experience then I had with Dr Roe. She is the ultimate professional and was warm and courteous thoughout the entire procedure. She kept me informed as to her progress and I felt part of what was going on. I would recommend her and her staff to any and everyone. An outstanding office!

I was very impressed with the ease of getting the root canal by Dr. Silberman and his assistant Michelle. I felt so good afterward that I ran 2.5 miles after I got home and didn't miss a beat from my normal workout routine. I liked how the x-ray photos were instantly displayed on the screen for me to see the before and after results. If I ever need another root canal this is the place I will have it performed.

I am very happy with my experience at Rancho Endodontics. I needed two root canal re-treatments six months ago (from one old and one VERY old root canal), and my most recent appointment was to evaluate healing from those two procedures. The office staff was friendly and helpful, and, of course, I can't give any higher praise to the endodontist who saved my two teeth--Dr. Pettersen. The office is very well-run, and they make you feel like a valued customer.

Dr. Silberman was the best. I am very picky when it comes to who works on my teeth and I would recommend him to anyone. He went out of his way to make me feel at ease. He also fully explained all of my options so that I could make an informed decision.

When you want the best dental care you go to the best and that is Dr Silberman. He is conservative in his treatment plan which I appreciate. Before leaving, he made sure all my questions were answered and encouraged me to call if I had further concerns.
