Staff was Excellant, Dr Pettersen checked my bridge and the area where I was hurting with possiable cavaity. Found no problem. asked me to return in 3 months or if pain should come back, to come back in A.S.A.P. too pre-Med . But do not take any medication for pain. He wants to see what is going on. I told Yes Sir.

I felt cared for from the minute I walked through the door to the minute I left. I was regularly asked how I was doing and every procedure was explained to me. I was so comfortable that I literally almost fell asleep in the chair during a root canal. During a root canal!!!! I won't go anywhere else.

I am so very impressed with the staff here. Everything from the initial appointment call to the actual procedure was wonderful. Dr. Roe is amazing. My heart races with lidocaine, but she calmly talked to me as she was numbing me. My heart didn't race that much. She walked me through the procedure and was very detailed. I didn't feel anything during the root canal and it was awesome to be able to watch the cooking channel during it. I haven't felt any pain since then. I am so thankful I was referred here! It was especially an answer to prayer, because I finally had a wonderful dental experience. I give this dental office 5 stars. Thank you, Dr. Roe and your team!
