I was embarrassed to have had to come in because the tooth that had been worked on was aching off and on but it had been so long since the original root canal treatment that I thought they were going to think I was a bit off, but Dr. Silberman was so gracious and kind and didn't make me feel one ounce of weirdness for having to come back in. He had x-rays taken and did an exam to check on all my teeth which I really appreciated. Looked to be my bite was off a bit with it hitting higher in once spot from a previous crown and he was so nice and didn't rush me and took his time to figure out what was causing the ache; he ended up adjusting an area or two that were hitting funny and reassured me to never hesitate to come in. I am so grateful for such a kind and caring Dr. that is so sincere about what he says. Now a big part of anxiety for me going to the dentist is that I deal with nausea from my illness and getting x-rays is always not so fun for me. I have a small mouth and a big gag reflux but Trista was SO patient and kind. She really made me feel comfortable and was so easy to talk to. I really liker her. I can't imagine having to deal with people all day who might freak out because of nerves and she never seems bothered one bit by it. You can tell she is just a great person who cares about each person that comes in. This world needs more Dr. Silberman and Trista's!

This was my first visit to Dr. Pettersen, and I was very impressed. Everything regarding my root canal was explained clearly. The rather difficult work was done quickly and painlessly. He and his assistant were attentive for my comfort and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. I was referred to him by two friends and my dentist, and they were right about him being the best.

I was very impressed with the service and treatment I received. It was very easy to schedule an appointment according to my needs. The appointment went very well and the Doctor informed me of every step of the procedure along the way. Staff followed up with me the next day to ensure everything was alright. I would definitely recommend this office for your oral treatment needs.

Dr. Silberman explained the procedure very clearly and made the experience very relaxing. His assistant, Michelle, was also very professional. All in all - a very good experience (if a root canal can be a "good" experience!) No pain after the procedure - went home and out to dinner with my wife. No problem after the procedure.
