My overall experience was excellent. The office staff was very friendly and professional and Dr Pettersen was outstanding - he explained everything, answered my questions, and solved my problem very quickly. Overall I am very pleased with my experience and highly recommend Rancho.

It was a significant and uncomfortable treatment but Dr. Roe made it like it's a walk in the park. I liked that she kept me informed. The procedure didn't feel rushed and that she offered me her time 100%.

I had the most amazing experience at this office!! I have been a fearful patient of any kind of dental work before now. The entire staff here made me more than comfortable and less fearful of getting the proper care I needed for my teeth. The front desk staff (Debra) was very friendly and knowledgeable about all information I needed for my visit. There wasn't a question I had that she couldn't answer, she even went out of her way to help me with what I needed for my follow up care visit with my primary dentist. I highly recommend this office for any root canal treatments!

Great atmosphere. He is a really nice guy with a great personality and he explained everything really well. He made me feel very comfortable with the procedure he was going to perform and he made sure I understood everything that needed to be done. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends!

My experience was amazing. I hear people talk about how painful & uncomfortable root canals are but had zero pain or discomfort. The office was very clean and organized and the staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Silberman and his assistant were wonderful and made sure I was comfortable and knew every step before they did anything. My only regret is that I waited a while to have my procedure due to fear. If I would have know how easy and pain-free it was, I would have done it sooner!

My husband and I were both present when the doctor explained in detail all aspects of the procedure. The doctor answered all of mine as well as my husbands questions. I was somewhat apprehensive, having gone through the procedure with another doctor with less than satisfactory results. After the consultation I felt very comfortable and not at all apprehensive. Afterward There was some discomfort but not unusually so. With in 24 hours there was no pain or discomfort at all. I am very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend the doctor.

Right when I walked in I felt relieved! I was welcomed with open arms assuring I was going to be comfortable.. Leah was awesome and took me back and made it real personable. They found out I had an award ceremony to be at at 530 and got Dr. Petterson on board and handled business! Dr. Petterson was amazing! Great man! Leah HB love! Thank you again!
