This was my first root canal procedure, so I was a little apprehensive about it. I had been experiencing extreme pain. They were able to schedule an appointment with Dr. Roe the next day. Dr. Roe was extremely professional very personable. She answered all my questions and put me at ease. Throughout the procedure she told me what was happening and what to expect. Her calm, friendly manner and her professional expertise made the experience much easier than I had anticipated. Dr. Roe is a great doctor. Everyone I encountered was extremely professional, and also very kind and cheerful. This office runs the way all medical offices should run. If it's possible to be happy about a root canal, then I am! I can't say enough good things about Rancho Endodontics.

I was very nervous going in to have a root canal done. Dr. Silberman and his asst. Tricia were kind and gentle. Every step was explained to me and I had minimal pain!! All staff was very pleasant! I highly recommend this office!!

The office staff and Dr. Silberman are very kind people, who genuinely care about your concern. Dr. Silberman listens to what you have to say and validates your concerns. He is extremely personable and takes his time to make sure you understand what treatment may or may not be needed. Overall everyone is very professional and caring.

Beautiful office! Everyone was nice and quite professional. For a root canal I couldn't ask for a better experience! ;?) TV in ceiling and headphones were a welcome distraction.

Best dental experience EVER! The doctor explained himself completely to my 12 year old and put him completely at ease. My son is scared of needles, but with the doctor's assurance it went great. Root canals can be awful - but my son had ZERO pain!! He came out smiling and has been smiling ever since. There are not enough words to say how happy I am with how this went. THANK YOU!!

This was my first visit to Rancho Endo, and it will not be my last. Dr. Roe is an excellent doctor that is very caring and personable. I have had many procedures in my life (including Root Canals) and this was by far one of the most pleasant experiences one could have at the Dentist. So "comfortable" that I actually fell asleep a few times during the procedure, without any sedation!

As normal I was nervous about the entire situation. Making the appointment was an ease. Front office staff was pleasant and friendly. The Dr and assistant were absolutely amazing and made the entrie procedure much less then what I made of it myself. I will definitely send family and friends here. Thanks for the great work, friendly staff and putting my pain at ease.
