DR ROE explained everything to me ahead of root canal. She was so gentle and gave me breaks since I Am senior now. So nice if ever need more endo wil ask for her! Her chairside helper was also friendly and gentle. Cudos to both.

Rancho Endodontics was literally a great place to have a root canal done. I was referred by my Dentist for 2 root canals and was blown away. The staff was great, very kind and explained everything. The procedure was pain free and fast. Dr Pettersen was friendly, and took time to explain the procedure to me and is great at what he does. Overall it was a great experience which is really something for a root canal!

The staff as well as Dr. Pettersen are very welcoming. I felt very comfortable in this office and the treatment I received from Dr. Pattersen was 100 percent , I will be coming back if I am in need of another root canal.

Dr. Roe and her assistants are wonderful people. They are friendly and caring. The have the patient-YOU-as their utmost priority. Their concern is that YOU are comfortable and that YOU do not have a worry in the world. Dr. Roe is probably the most polite doctor or dentist I have ever had to deal with in my life. I really wish I did not need a root canal, but the opportunity to meet Dr. Roe and her assistants made the experience more relaxing and blithe toward the procedure I really did not want to have done.

I was nervous about my root canal, but Dr Pettersen put me totally at ease. The procedure went much better than I anticipated, Tiffany, the hygienist, was so kind, Dr Pettersen was skilled, knowledgeable and also caring. And watching HGTV on the ceiling with headphones is genius! Thank you for taking excellent care of me!
