Meet Dr. Kardosh

Dr. LeeAnn Kardosh was born and raised in Michigan. She attended Michigan State University for her undergraduate studies.  She was accepted to University of Detroit Mercy  School of Dentistry during her junior year at MSU.  Dr. Kardosh attended dental school on a Health Professional Scholarship from the United States Navy and received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 2005.  Following graduation, she was commissioned as a Lieutenant and relocated to San Diego to complete a general practice residency at Naval Medical Center San Diego.  Dr. Kardosh was assigned as the sole dentist onboard USS Germantown LSD -42.  While onboard, she earned her Surface Warfare Medical Department Officer qualification and completed a West Pac tour.  Dr. Kardosh transitioned into the Reserves, and practiced as a general dentist in Oceanside, CA for two years before specializing in endodontics.  In 2011, Dr. Kardosh returned to formal studies and graduated from the Long Beach VA Endodontic Residency in June 2013.

Having practiced endodontics in Phoenix, AZ from 2013 to 2021, Dr. Kardosh was excited to return to southern California to continue her dental career.

Dr. Kardosh continues to serve in the U.S. Navy Reserves, where she has earned the rank of Captain.  She loves dogs, college football and traveling.
